I won a small office. Myself and 1 other employee work there. Right now we have no land line phone – just cell phones. I would like to get a fax machine attached to a landline (possibly through Verizon). Their business phone rates seem really high. Will they let me get a basic residential package? I don’t want any special features – just a basic phone line. Thanks in advance for your answers.
I just received a call from an unknown number, I decided not to answer it, as I was a little suspicious. Does unknown number mean they doctored it, or what? I really can’t tell if it was a legit customer, a salesman, or a competitor spy.
Would you answer calls that said “Unknown Number” on a business phone?

I received a call from a company about me making payments to them, but they blocked their phone number, is that legally allowed? I know telemarketers are not allowed to block their number, but does that go for other companies?
